Return and Refund Policy - Inayat

At Inayat, we strive to ensure that you receive products of the highest quality. Since we work with top logistics and supplier partners across India, please review our return policy below:

Returns & Replacements:
We offer a 5-day replacement policy for items that are received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. You must initiate a request within 5 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- To process a return for a damaged or missing item, an unboxing video showing the shipping label and product condition is strictly required.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items purchased on special sales/clearance or minor color/design variations due to lighting during photography are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process:
Once your return/replacement request is validated and inspected by our delivery team, we will issue a replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment method (or Bank/UPI transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5-7 business days.

How to Request a Return:
Please contact us at inayat.everything@gmail.com with your Order ID, proof of purchase, and unboxing video/photos of the damaged product.
