Return & Refund Policy

📦 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 5 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Tags and labels must still be attached

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products (for safety reasons)

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • In case of partial returns, only the item(s) returned will be refunded

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem! If the item is eligible, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right!
